ORDINANCE NO. 3. S `lrf
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
Section 1_ That the appropriation for the current obligations
Of the Budgetary Account No. 11 for Services Personal — Regular for the
Supervisors Salary for the South Bend Public Natatorium as provided for
in the 1946 Budget of the Department of Public Parks for the Civil City
Of South Bend, Indiana, be reduced in the amount of $675.00 and said
amount so appropriated be returned to the Park Maintenance Hand of the
Department of Public Parks of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana.
Section 2. That an emergency exists for making the reduction
as set forth in this ordinance.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect upon its passage by the Common Council and its approval by the
Mayor.
