tREAS, it is deemed advisable that ordinance Numbered 31461 of
the ordinances of the City of South Bend entitled "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING
TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND
REPEALING ALL.OTHER ORDINANCES AND SECTIONS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE-
! "ITH" be amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City
of ;youth Bend, Indiana, that:
SECTION I. the aforesaid ordinance so numbered and so entitled
be, and the same is hereby, amended so that there shall be added to Article III
a section to be numbered "Section 25A" which shall read as follows:
"OBEDIENCE TO 010 ?' ?AY TRAFFIC SIGNS ". When signs are erected by
authority of the Board of Public Ifforks and Safety indicating that -%L certain

direction, then no person shall operate any vehicle contrary to such designation,
provided, however, that the Board of Public Works and Safety shall not so

Council of the City of South Bend.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the 1&yor and its
legal publication.
