AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE APPRAISAL
AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN
VEHICIZS O1%M BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, that%
1. The following vehicles owned by the City of South Bend
and used by the Police Department be appraised and sold in accordance
with the statutory provisions applicable in such cases:
