BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, that:
1. The contract made and entered into by; and between the said
City, acting by and through its Board of Public Works and Safety, and
Sollitt Construction Company, Inc., a copy of which contract is attached
hereto and made a part hereof be, and the same is hereby, approved.
2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its .,passage by the Common Council and approval of the Mayor.
