NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, THAT: SECTION I. Chapter 20, Article 6, Section 20-63 of the South Bend Municipal Code is amended as follows: Section 20-63. Stopping or parking near hazardous or congested places. When signs are erected upon approach to hazardous or congested places, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in such a designated place. Further no person shall park a truck or vehicle, as defined in Section 20-106, or a recreational vehicle as defined by State Law within fifl~(50) feet of anv stop sign or in anv location that blocks the_public right-of-way or the view of anv_ traffic sign. SECTION II.
