COMP40NLY KNOWii AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BFAiD, INDIANA
Be it ordained b.- the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Section I. Ordinance No. 3702, being the zoning ordinance of
the City of South Bend, Indiana be and the same hereby is, amended
so that the zoning classifics_tion of the following described real
estate in the City of South Bend., St. Joseph County, Indiana, towit:
Lots K, L, M, N and 0 in Yenger and Kreighbaumt s Vistula
Avenue Addition to the City of South Bend,
be, and the same is hereby, changed from "B" residential to IICII
commercial and I'D" height and area district.
Section II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the
Mayor and Legal Publication.

City of South Bend, Indiana
Gentlemen:-
Petition of Earl M. Rhoade et. al. for change of zoning of
Lots No. K. L, M, N. O. in Wenger and Kreighbaum's Vistula
Avenue Addition was given public hearing by the City Plan
Commission on December 6, 1951.
The City Plan Commission recommends that this change be made
to C commercial and E height and area .district.

Councilman Erler made a motion to refer the petition to the
City Plan Commission. Councilman Bestle seconded the motion.
Motion carried.
