1953 OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA.
IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. The sum of $>1500.00 is hereby transferred from Traffic Depart -
ment T43 Traffic Materials to T726 Other Equipment; and the sum of $980.00 is
hereby transferred from City Plan Commission 11 to City Plan Commission 55,
Subscriptions and Dues $500.00, 214 Telephone and Telegraph .$30.00, 216 Travel
Expenses $100.00 and 242 Photograph and Printing $350.00; all of the budget
for the year 1953 of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION II. The above funds are required for the proper operation and
functioning of the aforementioned Departments under the budget for the year
1953 and an emergency is declared to exist concerning said transfers and
appropriations.
ION III. This Ordinance shell be in full force and effect from and after
passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfill -
of all statutory requirements relating to emergency appropriations.
