ORDINANCE NO. 3639
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NUMBER
2,331 AS AMENDED. WHICH ORDINANCE IS
COMMONLY CALLED THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend that Ordinance Number 2331 as amended, which Ordinance is commonly
called the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, be amended as
follows:
SECTION 1. That Lots Numbered 18 and 19 in Elias Rupel's
Addition to the City of South Bend shall be zoned "F" Height and Area
District.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor
and legal publication.

At the March 8th, 1948 meeting of the Council the
following matter was referred to you for appropriate disposal or for
specific action as indioated:
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NUMBER 2331 AS AMENDED,
WHICH ORDINANCE IS COMMONLY CALLED THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND.
Councilman Tellson made a motion that the ordinance be
referred to the City Plan Commission, Councilman Glass
seconded the motion. Motion carried.
