SOUTH BEND: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2331 of the City of South Bend, Indiana, otherwise known as the Zoning Ordinance be and the same is hereby amended as follows, to -wit: That the said Ordinance No. 2331 be and is hereby ex- tended to include the following described real estate; and that following described real estate heretofore unclassified and unz Is hereby classified and zoned as "C" Commercial District and s hereafter be subject to all regulations and restrictions affecting real estate zoned for class "C" Commercial Use as defined by Section 5 of said Ordinance No. 2331; said property being the fol- lowing described real estate located in the City of South Bend, St Joseph County, State of Indiana, to -wit: A triangular tract of land containing two acres more or less in the Northeast Quarter of Section Six (6), Township Thirty -seven (37) North, Range Three (3) East, bounded by a line running as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the North line of said section with the center line of Tell Street, thence running South to the center line of Edwardsburg Road, thence running N534oE with said road to the north line of said section, thence running West on said line to the place of beginning.
