An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 2331 (as amended)
commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, that:
1. Ordinance No. 2331 (as amended) being a Zoning
Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same
is hereby amended so that the zoning classification of the follow-
ing described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph
County, Indiana, to -wit:
Lots Numbered 60, 61, 62 and 63
in Queensboro Addition
be and the same are hereby changed from B. Residence and B. Height
and Area District to C Commercial and E Height and Area District.
2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council and the approval
by the Mayor.
