AUTHORIZING AND
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common. Council of the City
of .South Bend, Indiana, that;
1. The proper officers of the City of South
Bend are hereby authorized and directed to request the
appointment of appraisers as reouired by later for the
appraisal of the following described real estate located
In the City of South Bend, County of St. Jose-oh, State of
Indiana, to -wit; ,
Lot numbered Thirty -five (35) as
shotrn on the recorded Plat of
North Shore Terrace, an Addition
to the City of South Bend, in St.
Joseph County, Indiana.
2. The proper officers of the City of South Bend
are hereby authorized to execute any and all instruments
necessary in order to sell the aforesaid property in accor.d-
ante with the law.
3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council
and its approval by the Mayor.
