BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana, that;
1. Ordinance No. 2331 (as amended), being a
zoning ordinance in the City of South Bend, Indiana,
be and the same hereby is amended so that the zoning
classification of the following described real property
in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana,
to -wit;
Lots number H -2 and I -2 in ��
Wenger and Kreighbaum Vistula `p
Avenue Addition to the City of
South Bend
be and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residence
District and "A° Height and Area District to "C"
Commercial District and "E" Height and Area District, and

respectfully petition your honorable body to amend Ordinance number 2331 as it
apples to the property described as;
Lot I -2 Wenger and greighbaum Vistula Avenue Addition
Changing the same from its present classification as B residence and A
height and area district to C commercial and E height and area district.
