AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
Section la Ordinance Nos 3702, being a zoning ordinance in the City
of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same hereby is, amended so that the
zoning classification of the following described real estate in the
City of South Bend, Indiana, to-wit:
Lot Noo 2 in Citizens Homes Co. Replat of
Lots No* 1, 20 3, 4, 21 and 22 in Walnut
4th Addition to the City of South Bend,
Indiana,
be, and the same is hereby changed from "C" commercial and "D" Height
and Area District to "B" residence and "A" Height and Area District#
Section 2• This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor and
legal publication„

Petition of Bela and Mary Kerestes for.change of zoning of
Lot jf2 in.Citizens Homes Co.'Replat of Lots No. 1, 21 30 4,
21 and 22 in Walnut 4th Addition from C commercial and D
height and area district to B residence and A height and
area district has been given public hearing by the City Plan
Commission.
This change is recommended as petitioned for.
This lot is in North side of Prairie Avenue east of Jackson
Street.
This lot is near the lots petitioned for change by Alex,Kovacsics
et* al. and the change is the same so all of these can be included
In the same ordinance.
