AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:.
Section I. That Ordinance No. 3702 being a zoning
ordinance in the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby
amended so that the zoning classification of the following described
real estate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to wit:
Lots Numbered Three Hundred Sixty —one (361)
Three Hundred Sixty —two (362), Three Hundred
Sixty —three (363), Three Hundred Sixty —four (3610,
Three Hundred Sixty —five (365) and Three Hundred
Sixty —six (366) in Colonial Gardens,
be and the same is hereby changed from "C" Commercial and "E" Height and
Area Districts, to "B" Residential and "A" Height and Area Districts.
Section II. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the
Mayor and Legal publication.

on May 4, 1950.
This change is recommended as petitioned for.
These lots are on north side of Mishawaka Avenue from 33rd to 34th Street.

Councilman Korpal made a motion that the petition be
referred to the City Plan Commission. Councilman
Niezgodski seconded the motion. Motion carried.
