Ordinance No. 3702, being a zoning ordinance in the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same hereby is, amended so that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: Lots Numbered Forty -one (41), Forty -two (42), Forty -three (43) and Forty -four (44) in 1. M. Studebakerts Subdivision, together with Lots Numbered `hn -enty -two (22), Twenty -three (23), 'i'wenty -four (24), Twenty -five (25), Forty -seven (47), Forty -eight (48), T'orty -nine (49), Fifty (50), Seventy -two (72), Seventy -three (73), Seventy -four (74), Seventy -five (75), Ninety -seven (97), Ninety -eight (98)., Ninety -nine (99) and One Hundred (100) in Summit Place F'irst.Addition be, and the same is hereby, changed from "C" Commercial to "B" Residential district and "A" Height and Area Distrioto Section II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the mayor and Legal Publication. This change is recommended by the City Plan Commission as petitioned for including the lots enumerated in the amended petition. Studebaker's Subdivision, an Addition to the City of South Bend, and Lots 23, 24, 48, 49, 73 and 74 in Summit Place Third Addition to the City of bouth Bend from "C commercial" district to "B residential" district. This is to state that it was the intent and purpose of the property owners whose names appeared on said petition to in- clude in said petition the following lots :.
