COiv4v10NLY KNOWN AS ZONING ORDINANCE OF
CITY OF SOUTH BEND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNSIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
Section I. That Ordinance Nb. 3702, which is known as the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, be amended by
changing the zoning classifications of Lots numbered fourteen
(14) and fifteen (15) in Robinson's 2nd. Plat of Partition Lot
Number four of teer's Partition of Samuel Leer's Estate, an
addition to the City of South Bend, from "B" Residence "A"
Height and Area Dis trict to "D" Light Industrial and "F" Height
and Area District.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and
legal publications.

Gentlemen:-
Petition of Parrish Machine Company for change of zoning of Lots 14
and 15 in Robinson's Second Addition from B residence and A height
and area districts to D light industrial and F height and area districts
has gone through Public Hearing on August 3, 1950, before the City
Plan Commission and this change is recommended. These lots are on
the east side of Robinson Street south of the N.Y.C.R.R.
