BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana;
SECTION 1;
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, be and the same is
hereby amended and supplemented by zoning the south 48 feet of
Lot 1076 in LaSalle Park Addition to the City of South Bend,
Indiana, as "C" Commercial and rrD" height and area district.
SECTION 2;
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal
publication.
Passed by the Common Council on the 14th day of
May , 1951.

Gentlemen:-
Petition of John Hobert Sanders for change of ,oning of the south
48 ft. of Lot 1076 in LaSalle Park Addition was given public hearing
before the City Plan Commission May 3, 1951. The details of this
request were rather incomplete in the present zoning and the zoning
desired.
The City Plan Commission recommends that the chance be made from
B residence and A height and area district to C commercial and D height
and area district.

The undersigned, John Robert Sanders a citizen of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, respectfully hereby petitions
the City Planning Commission of the City of South Bend to
have the South forty -eight (48) feet of Lot One Thousand
seventy -six (1076) in LaSalle Park Addition, also known
as Lot Numbered (one) 1 in LaSalle Park Addition to the City
of South Bend, located on the northeast intersection of
Kenmore Street and Washington Street rezoned from a ;Jo, 3
coffiiereial zone to business zone. i
