KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, Imams
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana,

Gentlemen: -
Petition for change of zoning of Lots 272, 273, 274, 275, 276 and
277 in Shivelys Addition from B residence and A height and area
districts to D light industrial and E height and area districts,
has been given Public Hearing on August 3, 1950 by the City Plan
Commission.
This change is reconunended. These lots are on the East side of
William Street south of Calvert Street.

in Shivelyte Addition from "B^ Residence District and "A"
Height and Area District to "D" Light Industrial district
and "E" height and Area District.
Councilman Tellson made a motion that the petition be referred
to the City Plan Commission. Councilmen Beetle seconded the
motion. Motion carriedo
