AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING
ZONING ORDINANCE NO, 3702
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1:
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702 be, and the same is here-
by, amended and supplemented by zoning lots No, One (1) to Two
Hundred Fifty -one (251) inclusive, as shown on the recorded Plat
of Miami Hills Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, as
"A" Residential District and "A" Heights and Area District.
Section 2:
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal publi-
cation.

Petition of the Crown Development Company for zoning Miami Hills
Addition as annexed to the City by Ordinance 3760 has had public
hearing on August 3, 1950. ., mzo�ti 4-y-&
The City Plan Commission recommends hat this area which consists
of Lots Numbered 1 to 251 inclusive be zoned A residence district
and A height and area districts.
This property is on the west side of Miami Street and North of
Erskine Park.

PETITION OF THE CROWN DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY, INC. DIRECTED TO THE
COPrIMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
TO THE COMMON COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
The Crown Development Company, Inc., sole and only owner
of the property heretofore platted as Miami Hills Addition, the 1
out of said addition being attached hereto, made part hereof, and
j marked Exhibit "A°, hereby respectfully petition the Common Counc
to amend and supplement the present zoning ordinance No; 3702 by
the adoption of an ordinance zoning all lots in said Addition as
"A" Residential District, and "A" Height and Area District, excep
ii ing Lots Seventeen (17) and Eighteen (18), which it is respectf
petitioned be zoned as "C -1" Commercial District and "D" Height
and Area District.
The property above referred to has been legally annexed
to the City of South Bend,, Indiana.
