BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bead* Indiana*
that
SECTION l0 The following monies bee and the same hereby are transferred
from Mw 2l8 Building Departments Traveling Expenses 0100000 to M «711a
Proportion for Electrical Department (to purchase T0V0 Testing equipment);
from P..11a Police Salaries* $294.30 to E..11s Office of City dudgov Salary
of Bailiff (to bring salary up to 9% increase for 1983); from L»724,

SECTION 20 The above funds are required for the proper operation and
oun�f the aforementioned departments and an emergency is declared
to oxist oonaerning the foregoing transfers and appropriations*
SECTION 3e This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common Councils its approval by the Mayer and
the fulfillment of all statutory requirements relating to emergency
appropriations.
