AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. Ordinance No. 3702, being the zoning
ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana be, and the same
is hereby amended so that the zoning classifications of the
following described real estate in the City of South Bend,
St. Joseph County, Indiana, to -wit:
(1) Lots 79, 80 and 81 Kaley's First Subdivision
and one -half of the vacated alley lying West of
Lot 79 and one -half of the vacated alley lying
North of Lots 79, 80 and 81
be, and the same is hereby changed from "C" Commercial
District and "D" Height and Area District to "D" Light Indus-
trial District and "F" Height and Area District; and,
(2) Lots 128, 129 and 130 Kaley's Second Sub-
division and one -half of the vacated alley lying
West of Lot 130 and one -half of the vacated alley
lying South of Lots 128, 129 and 130
be, and the same is hereby, changed from "B" Residence
District and "A" Height and Area District to "D" Light Indus-
trial District and "F" Height and Area District.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council,
approved by the Mayor, and Legal Publication.
