AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 37W COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND.,
INDIANA
BE I'T ORDAINED BY THE C%1MON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BENDS INDIANA.
SECTION I. Ordinance No. 3702 being a zoning ordinance in the
City of South Bend, Indiana., be and the same hereby is amended so that the
zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City
of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit:
An unplotted tract of land on the south side of Lincoln
Way West having a frontage of 167.1 feet,, the west line
of which is 522.93 feet south easterly along Lincoln
Way West from the center line of Sheridan Avenue and
with an average depth of 440 feet from "B" residence and
"A" height and area districts to "C" commercial district.

SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect

Gentlemen:-
Petition of Harry R. Green for change of zoning of an unplatted
tract of land on the south side of Lineolnway West, East of Sheridan
Avenue, as described by meets and bonds in the leetitiox asking for a
change of zoning from B residence and A height and area distriets to
C eommersial was given publichearing at the meeting of the City Plana
Commission on Novenber 1, 1951, and it is recommended that change be
made to C commercial and D height and area district.

presently zoned B residence district and A height and area district to C

(522.93) feet to the point of beginning of this
