AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
COMUONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF TBE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
Be It Ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend., Indiana:.
Section I. Ordinance No. 3702, being a zoning ordinance
in the City of South Bend, Indiana,.be, and the same hereby is,
amended so that the zoning classification of the following de-
scribed real estate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit:.
Lot Numbered Sixty -four (64) Commissioners Sub - Division
of Bank Out Lots Eighty -five (85) and Eighty -six (86)
be, and the same is hereby, changed from "B" residential, "A"
height and area to "C" commercial, "D" height and area district.
Section II. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval
by the Mayor and Legal Publication.

Petition of St. Joseph Undertaking and Cemetery Association for change
of zoning of Lot No. 64 of Commissioners Subdivision of Bank Out Lots
No. 85 and. 86 from B residence and A height and Area districts to
C commercial and D height and area districts has been given public
hearing by the City Plan Commission and this change is recommended.

specific action as indicated:
Petition to rezone Lot.Numbered Sixty —four (64) Commissioner *s
Subdivision of Bank Out Lots Eighty —five (85) and Eighty —six

"C" commercial and "D" height and area district.
Councilman Tellson made a motion that the petition be referred
to the City Plan Commission. Councilman Korpal seconded the
motion. Motion carried.
