AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING
ONING ORDINANCE N0, 370
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1:
That Zoning Ordinance No, 3702 be, and the same is
by, amended and supplemented by zoning Lots Numbered One Hundred
Thirty -two (132), One Hundred Thirty -three (133), One Hundred Thir
Four (134), and One Hundred Thirty -five (135) as shown on the re-
corded plat of McKinley Terrace Addition to the City of South Bend
Indiana, as "C -1" Commercial District and "D" Height and Area
District, and all remaining lots in said McKinley Terrace Addition
to the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same are hereby,
zoned as "A" Residential District and "A" Height and Area District
Section 2•
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal publica-
tion.

City of South Bend, Indiana
Gentlemen: -
Petition of Crown Development Company for zoning of the property
annexed to the City of South Bend by Ordinance No. 3821, known
as McKinley Terrace, has been given public hearing by the City
Plan Commission.
The petition asks that the entire area be zoned A residence and
A height and area districts.
The City Plan Commission recommends to the Council that all lots
in McKinley Terrace Addition except lots 132, 133, 134 and 135
be zoned A residence district and that said lots 132, 133, 134 and
135 be zoned C -1 commercial district and D height and area district.

referred to the City Plan Commission. Councilman

COMPANY, INC. DIRECTED TO THE
COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
TO THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
The undersigned, the owner of all the lots and property
contained in McKinley Terrace Addition to the City of South Bend,
Indiana, respectfully petition as follows:
That all lots as shown on the recorded Plat
of McKinley Terrace Addition to the City of
South Bend, Indiana, be zoned as "A" Resi-
dential District and }'A" Height and Area
District.
There is annexed hereto a proposed Ordinance amending
and supplementing Zoning Ordinance No. 3702 in accordance with
the above request.
