AN ORDINAIME ATJIE:NDING ORDINACE PT.3702 OF THE
ORDINANCES OF THY CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
ORDINANCE N0. &4P
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE 0O11MON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA; THAT,
1. Ordinance No. 3702 of the Ordinances of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby amended to provide the
indicated zoning of the following area, to -wit:
Lots numbered 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 in Swygartls
3rd Replat to the City of South Bend, also lots
humbered 1 and 2 in Sumption Prairie Ave., Addition
to the City of South Bend, Indiana, be changed to
"B" Residential and 11A" Height and Area district
from 1IC" Commercial District and I/D11 Height and
Area District.
2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the fulfillment of all legal requirements applic-
able to such ordinances.

Gentlemen: -
Petition of Rozo Rokop Toth, et. al. for change of zoning of lots
130 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 in Swygart's 3rd Replat, Lots 1 and 2
in Sumption Prairie Avenue Addition and lot 32 in �Iwygart's 5th
Addition from C use and D height and area districts to B use and
A height and area districts has been given public hearing by the
City Plan Commission.
The City Plan Commission recommends that lots 13, 14, 15, 16, -.17
and 18 in Swygarts 3rd Replat together with lots 1 and 2 in Sumption
Prairie Avenue Addition be changed from C use and D height and area
district to B use and A height and area district.
It will be noted that lot 32 in Swygart's 5th Addition is not re-
commended for change at this time.

referred to the City Plan Commission. Councilman Glass
seconded the motion. Motion carried.
