AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
COI-WONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
Section le Ordinance No, 3702, being the zoning ordinance of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same hereby is, amended
so that the zoning classification of the following described real
estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana,
to -wit:
Lot No. 1089 in a proposed section of
LaSalle ?ark located on the Northwest
corner of Lake and Washington Streets
be, and the same is hereby changed from "B" residential to "C"
Commercial*
Section 2, This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor
and legal publication.

Petition of Vera P. Horvath and Wiley L. Hoover for change of
zoning of Lot No. 1089 in a proposed section of LaSalle Park
on the northwest corner of ha�@,and Washington for change of
zoning from "B" Residential7l trict to "C" Commercial District
has been given public hearing before the City Plan Commission
at a special meeting June 12, 1952.
This change is recommended to the Council as petitioned for.
