That Ordinance No. 3702, adopted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 13th day of June, 1949, and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended as follows, to -wit: That the property situate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, and described as follows, to -wit: Lots Numbered One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) as shown on the recorded plat of Hartman and Woodworth's Addition, in the City of South Bend, be changed from "B" Residence and "A" Height and Area District to "D" Light Industrial and "D" Height and Area District. No other provision save and except as to the tracts herein bounded and described shall be changed hereby. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and legal publication. Councilman Bestle made a motion that the petition be referred to the City Plan Commission. Councilman Glass seconded the motion. Motion carried.
