A more definite description of the property covered by the petition is:- Lots 11 and 1Z and part of Lot 10 in North Sunnyside Addition, Part of lot 59, lots 60 and 61 in Coquillard Woods Addition, Lots 70, 71, 72 and 73 and part of lot 74 in Sunnyside Manor and part of lot 58 in Jefferson Park Addition be chanced from C commercial and D height and area districts to A residence and A height and area districts.
