AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.3702
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,_ INDIANA.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana;
Section I. Ordinance No. 3702, being the zoning
ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same
hereby is, amended so that the zoning classification of the
following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St.
Joseph County, Indiana, towit;
Lot Numbered Three (3) as shown on the recorded
Plat of Bulla and Patton's Addition to the City of
South Bend
be, and the same is hereby, changed from "A -1" Residence Distri
and "A" Height and Area District to "C" Commercial District and
"E" Height and Area District.
Section II. This ordinance shall be is full force
and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council,
approval by the Mayor, and Legal Publication.

given public hearing before the City Plan Commis-
sion at their Regular Meeting April 3, 1952.
This change is recommended as petitioned for.
This lot is located at 1015 -1017 Portage Avenue.
