Ordinance No. 3702, being the zoning ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana., be, and the same hereby is, amended so that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, towit: Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10 in Kensington Addition and Lot No. 37 Kalevrs second addition, be, and the same is hereby, changed from "B" residence district and "A" Height and Area District to "C" Commercial District and "D" Height and Area District. Section II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor and Legal Publication. Bullard for change of zoning of lots 7, 80 9 and 10 in Kensington Addition and lot 37 in Haley's Second Lincoln way Addition from B residence and Anheight and area districts to C commercial and D height and area districts was given public hearing at the meeting of the City Plan Commission on November 1, 1951, and this change is recommended as petitioned for. Councilman Bestle made a motion to refer the petition to the City Plan Commission. Councilman Korpal seconded the motion. Motion carried.
