Agenda: Bill 03 -15 Street & Alley Vacation near Ignition Park
Valerie Schey, Chair of the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee, called the hearing to order
with just one bill scheduled for consideration.
Bill 03 -15, initiated by the City, requests the vacation of streets and alleys in what will be phase II of the
Ignition Park development.
Valerie announced that a letter from Community Investment received on March 51h asked fora
continuance of the 2 0d and 3rd readings until March 231d
In that a quorum of the Committee was not present, no official recommendation was made.
That being the only business Valerie adjourned the meeting at 4:33 P.M.
