"" Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council
2015
The February 23, 2015 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called
to order by Council President Tim Scott at 5:01p.m. in the Council's Informal Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Tim Scott, Henry Davis, Jr., Valerie
Schey, Dr. Fred Ferlic, Dr. David Varner, Derek D. Dieter, Gavin Ferlic, and Karen L. White;
Attorney Robert Palmer, and Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski - Farrand.
Council President Scott noted that the Executive Session was called pursuant to the
February 19, 2015 Notice (attached) which states in part that the meeting is being held pursuant to
Indiana Code § 5- 14- 1.5 -6.1 (b)(2)(B) for the discussion of strategy with respect to pending
litigation or litigation which has been threatened in writing.
This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that
contained in the February 19, 2015 "Notice of Executive Session ".
Council President Tim Scott adjourned the meeting at 5:37 p.m.
