Agenda: Organizational Meeting
With a quorum in attendance, the Information and Technology Chair, Gavin Ferlic called the meeting to
order.
The purpose of the call was to review 2014 committee activities while setting the 2015 focus.
Tim Scott detailed 2014 accomplishments in a report on file on the City Clerk's office.
For 2015 Dr. David Varner said technology in its many forms will be assessed to assign its applicability to
the council work. The goal would be to provide information that would make local government more
transparent and responsive to citizens.
Subsquent to a few other comments Dr. Varner adjourned the meeting at 5:33 P.M.
