Agenda: Bill 59 -14 Amend Code Addressing Vacant Building
Maintenance Registration
Derek Dieter, Chair of the Health and Public Safety Committee with a quorum present opened the
meeting with but one bill for consideration.
Bill 59 -14 intends to amend the City Code to address vacant building maintenance and registration.
Chairman Dieter announced he had received a request from the Administration to postpone any action
on the bill until the next Council meeting on February 91h.
Following appropriate motions to continue the bill until February 9th by Karen White and Dr. Ferlic
agreed to by all the bill was so continued.
Derek Dieter adjourned at 3:23 P.M.
