An EXECUTIVE SESSION of the South Bend Common Council will be held at 5:00 p.m. on
Monday, February 23, 2015, in the Council Informal Meeting Room 41h Floor County -City Building,
South Bend, Indiana.
This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code §5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(2)(B) for the
discussion of strategy with respect to pending litigation or litigation which has been threatened in
writing.
