The December 17, 2014 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to
order at 10:40 a.m. by its Secretary, Jose Alvarez. There was a quorum present.

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. Approval of the Minutes of July 2, 2014
Upon a motion by Mr. Klee, seconded by Mr. Alvarez and unanimously
carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July
2, 2014.
3. NEW BUSINESS
A. Resolution No. 189 relating to the sale of Blackthorn Golf Course to
Acquisition Group, LLC
Mr. Fielding noted that the underlying bond was paid off last January and
the real estate was then transferred to the Redevelopment Commission.
They have received one conforming bid from Acquisition Group, LLC for
$1.655 million. Background checks have been done on the principals and
the principals have provided proof of financing. Jose Alvarez noted that he
felt it was a good sale of benefit to the community. Mr. Fielding noted that
they will have expertise in managing the course. Scott Ford noted that the
deed stipulates that the property has to remain as an 18-hole golf course.
Upon a motion by Mr. Klee, seconded by Mr. Alvarez and unanimously
carried, the Authority approved the Resolution 189 approving the sale of
Blackthorn Golf Course to Acquisition Group LLC.
