SUBJECT: Appropriation Resolutions - Additional 2015 Funding
PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
Attached are 5 additional appropriation resolutions for 2015. Specifics are:
1. Resolution #3266 - Certified Technology Park Funds; Resolution #3269 - River
West Development Area; and Resolution #3271 - River East Development Area will
appropriate cash carry forward and additional cash expected for use in 2015. Some of this is
necessitated by the change in boundaries.
2. Resolution #3270 - Central Medical TIF will allow us to budget the transfer of funds
remaining into the River West Development Area
3. Resolution #3272 - South Side #3 will allow us to refund monies to St. Joseph
County as appeals were granted and refunds given to taxpayers after the distribution was
made to the Commission.
