Seven Councilmembers answered President Tim Scott's call to go over the formal meetings agenda.
Both Valerie Schey and Oliver Davis had excused absences.
After a run through of the agenda President Scott announced that the application period for boards and
commissions be extended until February 2.
Additionally Council Committee Chairs were asked to make their citizen member choices for their
respective committees by the next meeting.
President Tim Scott adjourned the meeting at 5:42 P.M.
