Agenda: Bill 59 -14 Amends Code Addressing Vacant Building Maintance
and Registration
With every Councilmember in attendance save Henry Davis, Chair of the Health & Public Safety
Committee Derek Dieter called the meeting to order nothing but one item on the agenda Bill 59 -14
which would amend the Code to address vacant building registration and maintenance.
Derek recognized Councilman Tim Scott, sponsor of the bill who asked the bill be continued until
January 26th. He made that motion. Valerie Schey seconded and all affirmed.
Derek then adjourned the meeting at 3:34 P.M.
