Agenda: Bill 58 -14 Amend Zoning at 1430 Mishawaka Ave.
Oliver Davis, chairman of the Zoning & Annexation Committee called the hearing to order with one bill
up for consideration.
Bill 58 -14 was submitted to petition for a rezoning at 1430 Mishawaka Avenue.
The petitioner was not present so Henry Davis made a motion for no recommendation. Valerie Schey
offered a second which all supported. If the petitioner showed for the 700 meeting the bill would be
considered by full Council at that meeting.
