SUBJECT: Professional Services Proposal - Danch Harper & Associates
Written Legal Descriptions for Bond Issuance
This professional services proposal from Danch, Harper & Associates is to provide written
legal descriptions for the various streets that are a part of the 2015 Infrastructure Bond.
These legal descriptions are needed for and will become a part of the Bond issuance
documents.
The cost for these legal descriptions, depending on the number of cross streets included, is
$6,550 - $7,875.
Staff requests approval of this proposal in a not -to- exceed of $7,875.

RE: Cost proposal for providing Planning Services for
preparation of several legal descriptions for Smart Street project
falling within City TIF Districts:
Dear Mr. Relos:
Please accept this letter as our written cost quote to provide your Department
with Planning Services for preparation of several legal descriptions for Smart Street
project falling within City TIF Districts. This would include legals for (i) Bartlett
Street between Riverside Drive and Lafayette Blvd. (ii) Michigan Street between
Riverside Drive and Barbie Street (iii) Main Street between Park Lane and Barbie
Street; (iv) St. Joseph Street between LaSalle Avenue and Western Avenue (v)
Lafayette Blvd. between Park Lane and Indiana Avenue (vi) Western Avenue
between Michigan Street and Mayflower Road (vii) Lincolnway West between West
LaSalle Avenue and City Limits (Woodland Avenue) (viii) Marion Street & Madison
Street between Michigan Street and Lincolnway West (ix) Any cross streets related to
the forgoing stretches.
This letter covers the anticipated time that would be spent to create legal
descriptions covering the Smart Street project areas as described above. Shown below
are the services we would provide and their related costs.
Our scope of work would be as follows:
A). Planning Services:
1). Preparation of legal descriptions covering the Smart Street project areas as
described above for (i) to (ix) ............... ..............................$ 6,550- $ 7,875;

The time frame for completion of the legal descriptions is on or before February
