AN ORDINANCE TO REFEAL ORDINANCE NUMBER 2670
ENTITLED 'SAN ORDINANCE X.:9NDING ORDINANCE
2243 COIUONLY KNOWN AS BUILDING CODE BY
ADDING A SUB - SECTION TO SECTION 601 THEREOF
Section 1. Be it ordained by the common couneil of the City
of South Bend, Indiana, that Ordinance Number 2670 entitled "An Ordinance
Amending Ordinance 2243 commonly known as the Building Code by adding a
sub - section to section 601 thereof" is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
