ORDINANCE NO. Ll
APPROVING TWO CONTRACTS MADE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana, that:
1. A contract made and entered into by and
between the City of South Bend, Indiana, by and through
its Board of Public Works and Safety and Korte Brothers
for the purchase of one (1) certain Power Grader for the
sum of Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety -five Dollars
(8,795.00), a copy of which contract is attached hereto
and made a part hereof, be, and the same hereby is, con-
firmed, ratified and approved.
2. A contract made and entered into by and
between the City of South Bend, Indiana, by and through
its Board of Public Works and Safety and Midwest Fire
and Safety Equipment Company, for the purchase of cer-
tain fire apparatus, being a pumper vehicle, for the
sum of Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred Forty -four and
80/100 Dollars (814,244.80), a copy of which contract
is attached 'hereto and made a part hereof, be, and the
same hereby is, confirmed, ratified and approved.
3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council
