BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, that;
1. Ordinance No. 3600 of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, passed by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, on June 99 1947, and ap-
proved and signed by the Mayor of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, dune 10, 1947, be and the same hereby
Is repealed.
2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage by the Common
Council and its approval by the Mayor.
