A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
APPROVING A SCHEDULE OF
REGULAR MEETING TIMES FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2015
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ind. Code§ 36-7-14.5 (the "Act"), the South Bend
Redevelopment Authority ("Authority") is a separate body corporate and politic and
is an instrumentality of the City of South Bend authorized to exercise all powers
granted to the Authority pursuant to the Act; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to its inherent authority as such body corporate and
politic, the dates of regular meetings of the Authority shall be promulgated and
approved by the Authority at its annual organizational meeting; and
WHEREAS, the Authority desires to approve and adopt a schedule of regular
meeting dates and times for calendar year 2015 as more specifically described at
Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment
Authority as follows:
1. The Authority approves and adopts as its regular meeting schedule for
calendar year 2015, the meeting dates and times more specifically described
at Exhibit A attached hereto.
2. Unless otherwise announced, regular meetings as set forth at Exhibit A shall
be held without notice at 10:30 a.m., at the Board of Works Meeting Room, 1380
County-City Building, 227 West Jefferson Street, South Bend, Indiana 46601.
3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect after its adoption by the
South Bend Redevelopment Authority.
ADOPTED at a meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority held on
January 16, 2015 at 1308 County-City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard,
South Bend, Indiana 46601.
