RE: NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
An Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council will be held at
5:30 a.m. on Thursday January 2211, 2015, in the Council's Informal
Meeting Room, 4'^ Floor, County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana.
The Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code §5-14-1.5 -
6.1(b) (2) (B) for the discussion of strategy with respect to pending litigation.
