ACCOUNT NUMBER 11 -3440 MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND INSTRUM
BOARD OF HEALTH, TO ACCOUNT NUMBER 11-38* GENERAL
SUPPLIES, BOARD OF HEALTH, AND DECLARING AN WRAo
ORDINARY EMERGENCY*
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bendy
Indiana:
Section is That the following money bey and the same hereby
is, transferred from Account Number W-3440 Medical Supplies and
Instruments, Board of Health, to, and is appropriated for the
uses and purposes of the following budgetary item in the budget
of the Board of Health of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for
the year 1848, to-wit: To Account Number W648, General Supplies*
Board of Health, $200s00s
Section 2s That the above sum is required for the proper
operation and function of the aforementioned Board of Health*
and an extraordinary emergency is declared to.eaist concerning
the foregoing transfer and appropriations
Section 30 That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its
approval by the Mayor, and the fulfillment of all statutory
requirements relating to extraordinary appropriations
