AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF #350.00 FROM
ACCOUNT NO, W-120 REGULAR AND TEMPORARY LABOR,
CEMETERY DEPARTMENT, TO ACCOUNT NO* N 261, TREE
TRnWING,.CEMETERY DEPARTMENT, AND DECLARING AN
EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY*
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indians
Section 1. That the sum of $350000 be, and the sane hereby is
transferred from Account No* N-12, Regular and Temporary Labor,
'Cemetery Department, to, and is appropriated for the uses and purposes
of the following budgetary item in the budget of the Cemetery Department
of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the year 19480 to"Wits
Cemetery Departments
Account No* N «261, Tree Trimming J350000
Section 29 That the above Blum of money is required for the
proper operation and function of the aforementioned Department of the
Government of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and an extraordinary
emergency is declared to exist concerning the foregoing transfer and
appropriations
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the 0 on Council, its approval by the
Mayor, and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements relating to
extraordinary emergency appropriation*
