ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NJ6. 2331
AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA
Section 1. Ordinance No. 2331 (as amended) commonly known as the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, is hereby
amended, changing the zoning classification of the following de-
scribed real estate, to -wit:
Lots Numbered Two Hundred Nineteen (219),
Two Hundred Twenty (220) and Two Hundred Twenty -one
(221) as shown on the recorded Plat of Berner Grove
First Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana
from "Brt Residence District and "All Height and Area District, to
"Cn Commercial District and "Dn Height and Area District.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
