AS To z0NIN6 ORDINANCE OF TES CITY OF SOUTH BLVD,
INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Can= Council of the City of South Band. Indiaaas
that Ordinance Noe 2531 be amended to include the toning of property
asnsexed to the city as follows
Section 1e That the territory south of Edison Road and east of
Ironwood Drive which was annexed to the City by Annexation Ordinance Hoe
3601 in which is included Edison Park Addition and a parcel of land
extending 208#66 feet South from a fronta a of 104.28 feet along Baton
Road at the north east corner of the NeNe of Station Be T 37 ifs R 3
Is excepting therefrom lots designated &*1 H* Est! and 361 in Edison
Park Additions to soned A residence distriat and A height and area
district.
Section 2e That late designated A, Be 500 and 361 in Edison Park
Addition be toned C eamareial district and D height and area districts
Station 3e That the territory south of Ediman Read and vest of
Ironwood Drive which wan annexed to the oity of South Bond by annexation
Ordinance Mae 3602 and which consists of Wooded Estates Addition Noe l*
and Wooded Estates Noe 2# excepting from aferosaid aroa lots Noe 3*
